About the ASRS-v1.1
The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) was developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) in collaboration with leading ADHD researchers. It is one of the most widely used and validated screening instruments for adult ADHD.
- 18 questions based on DSM diagnostic criteria
- Part A (6 questions) - Primary screening questions
- Part B (12 questions) - Additional clinical information
- Measures both Inattention and Hyperactivity/Impulsivity
Instructions
- 1.Consider how you have felt and behaved over the past 6 months
- 2.Rate each question on a scale from "Never" to "Very Often"
- 3.Answer honestly - there are no right or wrong answers
- 4.Takes approximately 10 minutes to complete
