Subscription Management

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account at Brainmaster
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm your cancellation

Alternatively, you can use the cancellation page or contact our support team directly at info@brain-master.org.

After cancellation, you'll retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, all subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to your account and test results.

You will receive an email reminder before each renewal. If you wish to discontinue your subscription, please cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

How do I update my email address?

To update the email address associated with your account:

  1. Log in to your Brainmaster account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Edit Profile"
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Verify the new address via the confirmation email

If you no longer have access to your current email, please contact our support team for assistance.

Billing & Payments

Where is my refund?

If you've requested a refund, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Apple Pay: 5-10 business days

If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact our support team with your transaction details.

I didn't authorize this subscription or recurring charge

We take unauthorized charges very seriously. If you see a charge you don't recognize:

  1. Check if a family member or someone with access to your device may have signed up
  2. Review your email for any subscription confirmation messages
  3. Contact our support team immediately with your transaction details

We will investigate and, if the charge was indeed unauthorized, process a full refund promptly.

I wasn't aware of the charges

We clearly display all pricing information before you complete a purchase. However, we understand that sometimes details can be missed.

Our subscription model works as follows:

  • Initial payment grants immediate access to premium features
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Reminder emails are sent before each renewal
